Call Center Support Agent Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to Zion HealthShare members using a provided script.
• Communicate information clearly, professionally, and with a friendly approach.
• Answer member questions within the scope of training and provided resources.
• Remain calm and professional during difficult or escalated calls and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Accurately document call outcomes and relevant information.
• Follow established procedures and maintain member confidentiality.
• Meet expectations for attendance, productivity, call quality, and professionalism.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and company huddles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Call Center Support Agent Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations while remaining calm and solution-focused.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document call information.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.
