We offer a highly competitive compensation package featuring a strong base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to team revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.Your Leadership Journey & Training FocusThis program provides a milestone-driven pathway divided into four distinct operational phases:Phase 1: Field Immersion (Ride-Alongs) – You will start in the field doing ride-alongs with our expert technicians. This hands-on rotation ensures you master the day-to-day customer experience, technical terminology, and consultative sales process across our various service functions.Phase 2: Management Shadowing – You will work side-by-side with an experienced Service Manager. You will learn the mechanics of business operations, backend dispatching, inventory logistics, and how to conduct meetings.Phase 3: Understanding of Business Operations - You will spend time in our Call Center learning the front end of the business as well as time in other corporate departments.Phase 4: Assistant Manager Execution – You will step into an Assistant Manager role, taking direct responsibility for coaching a team of technicians.
